Even if time travel into the past via virtual reality is exciting enough – the historical input has to be right.

Whether it’s the Hofburg, the old city wall and the siege by the Ottomans or the Second World War, we take you back in time and right into the thick of the action. Our guides tell exciting stories about it and offer you the important background information.

Enjoy with TimeTour Vienna by artemezzo an approx. 1,5h guided city tour during which you are completely immersed in a three-dimensional scenery of the past centuries with the help of VR glasses.

Your own smartphone is required for the tour.

Yes, you have flexible space in the VR goggles with your own glasses.

Yes, their smartphone is the screen on which the images are displayed in an app. We also carry backup devices in case a cell phone doesn’t work.

No, you look through the glasses to see the images. Then take the glasses away from your face again. Like binoculars.

This tour is well suited for children. Children up to the age of 8 can participate free of charge.

The public tour on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. is for groups of 6 or more. If the number of participants is too low, we will inform you in time.

You can always book a private tour. You pay per person, but at least the price for 6 people (234,- €), even if you are for example only 2 or 4.

Yes, the tour is barrier-free and suitable for wheelchair users. We are on asphalt paths in the city centre of Vienna.
