Consches is a young Viennese label founded by Cornelia Lindner, with a studio on Lehárgasse behind the Theater an der Wien. The pieces are colourful, wearable and made for everyday life: dresses, skirts, blouses with prints that lift the mood, produced in small runs, fair and sustainable.
The studio is deliberately open: walk in and you see the patterns on the table, the bolts of fabric on the shelf, and you can try on whatever has just been finished. The designer is usually there herself and explains why she prefers to produce in Vienna rather than somewhere cheaper.
