For groups

Vienna for clubs, school classes and companies

We guide in small parties. That is how we show Vienna, and it works even when there are twenty-five of you. We split your party across several guides instead of turning it into a long queue.

Small parties, even for a large company

A private tour with artemezzo takes up to ten people. If there are more, we split: two parties, two guides, same theme, staggered start. That keeps the conversation possible and nobody stands at the back hearing nothing. For school classes and some corporate programmes we make an exception and go up to twenty-five, but then always with headsets, so every word arrives. We do not go beyond twenty-five per guide.

Up to ten per party

Our rule: one private tour, one small party, one guide.

Several guides

Larger companies we split. Same theme, staggered start.

Up to 25 with headsets

The exception for school classes and companies, so every word arrives.

School classes

Told for their age, with a riddle or a rally and room for questions.

Clubs and travel groups

Half day, full day or as the framework programme for a club trip.

Companies and teams

Staff outing, incentive, framework programme for a conference.

Our groups

We have hosted cultural clubs from Germany and Switzerland, final-year classes from all over Austria, works councils on their annual outing and teams who wanted to see something of Vienna after the conference. What they have in common: they wanted to be told something, not ticked off a list.

Frequently asked questions about groups

As a rule up to ten. That is the size where a conversation is still possible and everyone can see something.

Yes. We split across several guides, same theme, staggered start. For school classes and some corporate programmes we also go up to twenty-five in one party, then with headsets. Beyond that we do not go.

Every guest gets a small receiver with an earpiece, the guide speaks into a microphone. That way every word arrives even at the back, in the museum, in a noisy lane and when the party is larger.

The price is per tour and per guide, not per head. Admissions and headsets are added, so you know the total before you decide.

Gladly. We tell the story for their age, build in a riddle or a rally and leave room for questions. Tell us the year group and the focus and we adapt the route.

Yes. Every tour in our programme can be changed for your party, in length, route and focus.

As early as possible, above all for museums with timed entry and for dates in high season. We still try to make short notice work.
