We design programmes, not just walks. For companies, congresses and groups who want more from Vienna than a lap around the cathedral: a considered sequence, real encounters, and a team that carries the day.
We build the programme, not just the tour
Most providers send a guide. We sit down first and work out what your group should actually experience. Out of that comes a sequence with themes, routes, pauses and time to spare, and out of that comes a day people remember.
Part of it is what international institutions book us for: encounters you cannot book online. A conversation with a curator, a look inside a workshop, an evening with a winemaker, a church that is usually closed at that hour. We ask in person, because we know the people behind those doors.
And we stay small. A private tour takes up to ten people. If there are more, we split the party: several guides, the same theme, staggered starts. For company programmes and school classes we go up to twenty-five, but then always with headsets, so every word arrives.

Part of our work is for institutions whose names you will know.
Alongside that, and just as gladly: the side event of a congress on the Danube, the annual trip of a technology group, an incentive with five hundred guests, a cultural society from Switzerland, a school leaving class, and a family from the United States who spent a day and a half following their father’s history through Vienna.

For more than 200 years the Kohlmarkt has smelled of butter and vanilla. One look through the glass wall into the bakery explains why Vienna takes its pastries so seriously.
The chandeliers of the Metropolitan Opera in New York come from this house. Upstairs hangs a small museum hardly anyone knows about.
Flour, water, salt and time. In Vienna’s first bread baking studio the group kneads itself and takes home a loaf that smells of them.

As a rule up to ten. That is the size where a conversation is still possible and everyone can see something.
Yes. We split across several guides, same theme, staggered start. For school classes and some corporate programmes we also go up to twenty-five in one party, then with headsets. Beyond that we do not go.
Every guest gets a small receiver with an earpiece, the guide speaks into a microphone. That way every word arrives even at the back, in the museum, in a noisy lane and when the party is larger.
The price is per tour and per guide, not per head. Admissions and headsets are added, so you know the total before you decide.
Gladly. We tell the story for their age, build in a riddle or a rally and leave room for questions. Tell us the year group and the focus and we adapt the route.
Yes. Every tour in our programme can be changed for your party, in length, route and focus.
As early as possible, above all for museums with timed entry and for dates in high season. We still try to make short notice work.
