Trzesniewski

An institution: tiny open-faced sandwiches with twenty different spreads—from egg with onion to salmon to Liptauer. You eat standing up, order several varieties, and have a Pfiff (a small beer) with it. It does not get more authentic than this. Anyone who wants to understand Vienna must have stood at Trzesniewski at least once. Since 1902, they have been serving here according to the same principle.
