Viadukt, Screen Printing Workshop

Print your own motifs on fabric and paper

Where6. Bezirk, Gumpendorfer Straße 132, 1060 Wien
Duration2 bis 3 Stunden

The story

The Viadukt is a print workshop on Gumpendorfer Straße, near the arches of the old Stadtbahn that Otto Wagner built. Screen printing is shown here as a craft: set up the motif, expose the screen, mix the ink, pull the squeegee, dry. The workshop is non-profit and open to anyone who wants to learn to print.

For groups this is a workshop with a visible result: after two hours everyone carries a bag or a shirt with their own motif, if you like a Vienna motif we prepare. A building block that fits Otto Wagner and Viennese graphic design.

A print you pulled yourself, you hang on the wall.
