Vienna has many voices. Some of them we introduce to you in person: confectioners and silversmiths, hat makers and glass artists, a rehearsal of the Boys’ Choir and a Fiaker who calls his horses by name. Each of these encounters can be built into our tours as a building block, booked as a programme of its own for companies and agencies, or experienced on one of our new tours.
Here you find the houses we work with, with their story, address and what awaits you there.
Choose an encounter when you enquire and we build it into your tour. A workshop visit, a tasting, a conversation with the master.
For groups we combine several encounters into half a day or a full day, with Fiaker, lunch and a private concert if you like.
Three tours lead from house to house: to the imperial court purveyors, to Viennese designers and into the workshops where Made in Vienna still means something.
Three new tours where the encounters are not an extra but the programme. And they can be built into any other tour as a building block.
Martha visits the houses, asks questions and holds out the microphone: What do you smell when you walk in? Which piece would you never sell? What has Vienna taught you? The conversations appear as episodes of our podcast and here with the respective encounter.
Tell us which houses interest you and who the programme is for. We check availability and conditions with the house and send you an offer.
